INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS.

It would assist us greatly if authors could be asked to follow the instructions below

1. Each abstract must be written in English on the form provided.

2. Authors should prepare their abstracts in the following order:

• Title of abstract should be first and in bold text using Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• The Authors names should be next, in a single paragraph on a new line
• Name of the department, university, city and country of the authors should be in a single paragraph on a new line
• (one line space)
• The abstract of no more than 250 words, including headings, tables, etc, should be typed next.
• References (if any; should be listed in Vancouver style, that is numbered in the order in which they appear in the text) using Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• The recommended line spacing is 14 pt.

3. Abstracts will be photographically reproduced at a reduction rate of 70% for publication. Care should be taken during preparations to avoid erasures and errors. Abstracts in which text is typed beyond the blue framing lines of the form will not be accepted.

The size of box is: 12 cm x 17.5 cm. On an A4 sheet this will require margins of: Top: 6.0 cm Bottom: 6.0 cm Left: 4.5 cm Right: 4.5 cm The recommended font is: Times New Roman, 12 pt. The recommended line-spacing is: 14 pt. The reduction will be 70% of original size.
